Amy Johnson - We're not totally sure about which ones you can take the insole out or not. I know some of our students just put the custom insoles over what's already in the shoe, but I'm sure for any of the ones mentioned in this blog post, you can remove or have them removed to put the custom ones in. Wayne Weisbecker - at this time, unfortunately, you cannot save filter preferences. BUT you can create your own playlists for specific styles, techniques, etc in our Playlist feature, at the top of the page, which can save all the specific videos you've filtered through and find them in one place at a later time! Hey there Ken Felix - I think we're all talking about the same thing, but perhaps in different ways. We sometimes talk about an inside turn goes counter clockwise and the outside turn goes clockwise. Megan also describes it by the leaders center of the body and which direction they are leading the turn from. Hope that helps!
