Hey Jacques Powell - great question! The shoulders and upper body will move/pulsate a little bit, but you don't want it to be excessive to where it inhibits the turn for the followers. Keep that halo over her head and your upper body moving along with it - you should be good to go!

Great questions Jacques Powell! To answer question #1 - You can use the right had to 'guide' but we always hesitate using push. Whether its a single or double rotation there really isn't a lot of force or torque needed/required. #2 - As a follower, if I see that my leader is lifting the right hand/arm to prep for the outside I should be aware that I might need to disengage my left hand for the spin. There's not much that the leader can do on the right side. So the prep for the outside of lifting the hand to indicate the spin, at the correct time, is the most the leader can do.
