Hi! I’m Shannon from Michigan , and my boyfriend and I are learning several dance styles such as salsa, cha cha. Rhumba, foxtrot, east coast swing, and west coast swing. We are concentrating on learning new salsa right now! I saw there was a video breaking down how leaders do salsa which was helpful, but I really want to perfect my form as a follower! Is there a similar video breaking down everything for the follower and making sure your form is right?
I have the APP, is the computer program the save?  Can I have Favorites on both?

Do you have a video that shows going from the 6 count fox trot to the 8 count fox trot, totally progressive without having to stop and do the box step as dancing around here requires constant going down line of dance without stopping to do boxes, or doing moves that are nonprogressive, and my partner is having trouble following the switching from one count to the other and back again during one continuous song with the experienced ballroomer leaders
