I recently develop a leg problem so I don't dance and can not follow your dance anymore.  I have cancelled  my membership and requested a prorated refund, on 7/7/2025. I was charged on my Amex account, the yearly subscription from 06/29/2025 - 2026.  I did the cancellation online and emailed you several times asking for the refund. However,  I never get a respond on the refund.  I believe you said that to cancel is easy and that I can cancel anytime.  Please send me the refund back to where my credit card was charged.  Thank you!
