Nick M. Hey there! Sorry for any confusion...which videos were too fast? There is a cog symbol at the bottom right of every video in which you can slow down any of the videos and rewatch as many times as you'd like. Also, under each video or video collection, you can leave a comment or question and we'll answer it!! Please let me know if you have any other questions or need something else clarified.

Steve J. The box is tricky since it changes directions quickly. I would definitely have them in closed position and not open. Closed position gives the lead more control of where the follower goes - in this case the box. Perhaps they could start to rotate the left side on count 2 before stepping so something feels different to the follow? We don't use the box socially a lot because it is harder to pick up on, but glad it's being used! We use Bachata a lot for our wedding couples! 😀

Unfortunately we do not currently have any videos for Quickstep. It’s a fun dance, just not as common as the others we have on the site. Thanks for the love!

rso4321@gmail.com that's an interesting observation. We teach the Sugar push with one hand and with both hands. In beginner class we start with two hands, but after moving beyond the beginner patterns we don't always keep the second hand, so it opens up this styling option a little bit more. Just another option to spice up your sugar push 😀
