Hey Paul Frank - great question! Typically if I'm going to a Sweetheart position, I'll only have one hand. However, if you do have both hands like you mentioned, you should be a different postition than going into your Bowtie, and the hand should only go over the follower's head and straight down to the shoulders (and ending beside you). With the bowtie, the arm movements will be much bigger, as the arms/hands have to go over both your head and the followers head and the follower will end up in line with you on the slot.
