I’m running into an issue with playlists and wanted to check if this is expected behavior or possibly a bug.

I created a playlist and successfully added a video to it. The video shows up in the playlist as expected. However, when I try to play the video from within the playlist, it will not start. I click “Start Watching,” the video enlarges, but it does not play, and I also see a lock icon in the playlist view.

What’s confusing is that the exact same video plays perfectly when I access it through Favorites.

So to summarize:

• Video plays normally from Favorites

• Same video does not play from within a Playlist

• A lock icon appears in the playlist view even though I clearly have access to the video

Am I using playlists incorrectly, or is this a known issue?

I first became interested in your web site when I saw the following video on youtube: "The Complete Guide to: Beginner West Coast Swing". I thought it was an excellent video!! Now that I've purchased your "Annual Membership", I'm wondering if this particular video is available on the website. I tried typing it in the search field but could not find it.

I first started by clicking the "14 Days Free" button and entering my email and password. Later I selected the "Annual Membership" option and entered my credit card info, because I was interested in the "BONUS 5 part WCS Intensive series". I never did get an emailing confirming that may payment went through so now I'm wondering how does one typically verify exactly which subscription you've signed up for?
