I danced on my first team in 1998! It was a rush. Fun Fact Emily was on a US Open Winning WCS Team back in the day :-)

Oh... that's an interesting suggestion. I'll look into that and let you know what we come up with! Stay tuned and that's for a cool suggestion. -Brian

Hey Thanks Charles! We're excited about the members area. Lots of new things coming like new dance styles (Like Argentine Tango) and the BIG news which we have not made public yet is the launch of an app! There will be one for iPhone and one for Android. We should have something to announce in about 6 weeks or so but it's in development as we speak! -Brian

Absolutely! You can (and should) learn to do it from an open position. You can use 2 hands (although I prefer 1) Just stay close to your partner to allow her to cross! Let us know how it goes. -Brian

I had a great weekend in Huntsville AL teaching the "Rocket Westies" group. From group classes to technique classes on connection and styling and even a competitors class. I got to meet a lot of people who follow our videos. The highlight for me was meeting Mary. She saw WCS and wanted to learn so she looked up a class but then found us on youtube and learned the basics BEFORE she went to her first class. She thought it was a big deal meeting Brian B from youtube but it was a BIGGER deal to me to know that I'm helping people get involved in dance without ever meeting them in person. The magic was... in this case I got to. Thanks to Mary, the Rocket Westies and my host Jen.

Hey Doug! I'm super sorry. We're not quite as good as the big boys like youtube and haven't had any issues but... there is a little info on our FAQ page under "playback issues" that will help troubleshoot. https://www.westcoastswingonline.com/faqs/ Please let me know what you find out so I can look into any issues on my end. Thanks for the feedback. -Brian
