Hey Charlie,

The name of the pattern is the title of the video (which you can see right below the video) We try to dance the move at the beginning and end of each video as well. Is there one in particular that we missed? -Brian

Thanks - we're trying to get beginner and intermediate routines to music. Hopefully we will have them all soon -B

Yes! That's why I love it. It really should be taught BEFORE the whip so the followers continue the same direction and the WHIP becomes the variation not the other way around. It's a very useful pattern for teachers :-) -B

It's all the same! 'Technically' ECS starts with the rock step (because its a descendant of the lindy hop which starts with a walk walk BUT socially it doesn't matter a bit. Personally I'm likely to start with both the rock and the triple. So rest assured you're good to go either way! -B

They are for all intensive purposes the exact same dance except Jive is faster than ECS. But from a social dance (non competitive perspective) they are the exact same! -B

Hey Justin,

Great suggestion. Yes - Salsa was one of the newer dances for us to add so we're working on filling out more videos (and techniques and concepts) so yes... It just might take us a bit of time with the holiday coming up. Thanks for all the suggestions and support! -B
