Hey Andrew!! The follower might be taking too big of steps for their roll in spin, but you can always shorten your arm connection to not allow them to get so far ahead of you, on both the beginning and when they roll out. We can slightly adapt our footwork to follow them closer too. Let me know if you have any questions!!

Hey there Charles E. Anders - I'm so sorry but can I have clarification on the question? We do teach the followers to go back-together-forward on the 3&4...if you continue into a basic whip, the follower must then rotate (by being led) to do a pivot and step back. Which part of the whip are you asking about?? Thanks!!😀
