This is Ed from Ohio, I just started dancing with my girlfriend about 8 months ago and love it. I'm just finishing up the trial period and will be signing up for the annual membership. I now have so much great information to go through. Thanks!

Currently live in southern NM, and its not only a literal desert, its also a WCS desert. I'm wanting to move in the near future to somewhere in the northeast with WCS instruction and community. Retired, so job market isn't relevant. Here is a pic of the acceptable area (included Chicago and Detroit, although i know they aren't NE). Would love some feedback on where to go.
SAMBA - 12:19 into video - Voltas. On entry does the man line up with the women or is he slightly behind
Assuming it's not already there and I'm just not seeing it, I'd like to suggest a "recently added" section to the videos so you can easily see new content.
The Cross Body Lead is easy enough from the closed position, but do you, can you, or should you do it from the open position?
Repeating Subscriber - I decided to renew my subscription so I can enjoy all of the videos and information available. Great website!
I had a great weekend in Huntsville AL teaching the "Rocket Westies" group. From group classes to technique classes on connection and styling and even a competitors class. I got to meet a lot of people who follow our videos. The highlight for me was meeting Mary. She saw WCS and wanted to learn so she looked up a class but then found us on youtube and learned the basics BEFORE she went to her first class. She thought it was a big deal meeting Brian B from youtube but it was a BIGGER deal to me to know that I'm helping people get involved in dance without ever meeting them in person. The magic was... in this case I got to. Thanks to Mary, the Rocket Westies and my host Jen.
Anyone else going to the Rio Grande Classic this weekend?
Is there any reason you would not do something like an open break-to-back spot turn in NC2? Thinking more of it from either a social dance or J&J point of view vs. closed syllabus.
We saw some of your lessons on YouTube and liked your approach and are trying the free trial period. We have a disco thing going on here in our town, so we're practicing hustle moves. On YouTube, you have, for example, a video called The Neck Wrap (Intermediate). I am not finding that on this site. How in sync with your YouTube videos is this site? Or are they just named differently. I hope that anything you have on YouTube will be findable here.
