I use it to complement my private lessons (EA Dance Art, Hilliard Ohio). $10 monthly was a bargain. $20 monthly is acceptable and I will not cancel; but I should not have learned about the increased rate only because my wife complained about the increase after viewing the credit card charge.

By the way, I comment with my instructor, Anastasia, regularly about what I review on social dance on line, as an adjunct- it is quite valuable. She listens. I have told her she should get a subscription to see the value for her students and ecncourage her students to subscribe. She seems to be reluctant, possibly because she is concerned social dance online will replace her. Your program cannot replace realtime in person dance instruction. In my opinion you can only augment, not replace, physical contact dance instruction. Perhaps you should adjust you marketing to emphasize this.
