The reason I asked is that I watched it on YouTube. I highly recommend watching MADjam 2022 champions Jack & Jill Glenn Ball & Susan Kirklin. 2.10 into the video they perform this move brilliantly. They also have a nice “starter” move before they start doing the toe heel swivel. But it’s quite hard to see their actual footwork.
