The audio is delayed about 11 seconds into the video. Not a problem, just letting you know.

I guess that I am "Splitting Hairs" or being unreasonable, but I learned a long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away that on the WHIP step the (1,2,3&4) the (3&4) is a Quick Quick Slow and a Forward Coaster step or a Back-together-Forward. The stepping forward on the 4 is a / the redirect for the follower and that they /she / he / whatever should continue forward until stopped, turned, again redirected.  What is the consistent idea out there?

What do you call that anchor switching sides or changing direction? Does it have a specific name or do we need to make up a new one?

I am almost sure that somewhere here with all of the fantastic videos WCS Online has, I saw this "Anchor" variation executed from the Whip step. I am looking for it - any ideas where?

Whip Step, stalker / walking along rail on the 5,6. One last triple (7&8) the leader steps across the slot (7) and rotates the Follower 1/2 turn (&8) now headed in the opposite direction.

A long-time subscriber and a fan of WCS since mid 1990s. 🤔

Two positions - Shadow vs Sweetheart. I "Think" that they are very if not so similar that they are interchangeable. What does (SDO) feel about this? What is the difference? 🤔

Whip with Inside Turn - On the Follower's turns, I like the explanation of turning to the "Side to Back" to help execute the rotation within the move.
