I am looking for the video on the line dance in WCS that was done with Brian B and Mario R. It was at a dance event maybe?

I have been ask to teach an East Coast Swing class on Friday night so I am using your syllabus, Level I & II, to review and refresh my rarely used past experience for a style that has been demoted for a more recent choice of "Ballroom" which I am currently enjoying.

I use to sit during a Waltz and enjoy an adult beverage, but now that I have mostly learned the Beginner and Secondary Syllabuses I can’t seem to find the time for a drink!
A positive dilemma for sure.

So history tells me that if one person in a class has a question, then the same question is usually shared by another person. In Tango, when you / we start with the Quicks does that mean after the walks (two Slows), in place of the (two Slows), or either way?
Sorry but I can be so thick sometimes.

Here I am at 70 but I still get around fairly well (thank you Jesus). I have done C&W since late teens, Mom & older sisters, and then as young adult with my wife and friends. I started with "formal" lessons around 1987 with the C&W so I have a lot exposure in that arena. I didn't start the Second part until about two years ago with Cha-Cha. Now it is Rumba, Tango, Cha-Cha, Waltz, a little of Salsa. I only wish that I had started the "Second part" years ago. It has opened many doors and I have met many new people who are "Ballroom" dancers.Â
To my fellow dancers - expand your styles and enjoy what gifts you are blessed with.Â
Thanks all!

The Cross Body Lead is easy enough from the closed position, but do you, can you, or should you do it from the open position?
