Okay, got a comment on this one. You say "i think I'm leading a sugarpush, but she does her thing and it does not disrupt me at all" BUT every time you demo it you do not have you RH out for her to take as though you were actually leading a sugar push. So, I believe it would have been better and more accurate for you to actually look like you are wanting a sugar push aw/ your RH slightly in front of you for her to take nd instead she surprises you, in my humble opinion! You are all wonderful!

A popular youtuber ex-country competitor teaches for the leader to twist the follow's wrist to lead her to hammer and they call it the "wrist breaker", unbelievable! I am glad to see you teach it correctly!

I say you are both right and they do both work. I would say that generally speaking the leader wants to give the lady a hint or a heads up as to what he is leading as early as possible, so Brian's hint is on 2, where Megan's is on 3. Just something to think about, but both are fine!

Yes, it is known as a "Progressive Twinkle", but that is a very bad name that one day should get changed. All twinkles are built on or around promenade pos. This move is never in PP as a syllabus figure as it ends with a box. You chose to end it with a Twinkle which is fine, but the part that progresses is, as Meghan said,  is outside partner progressive boxes. Ya'll are great, keep it up!

Megan is right about the name of the Whip pullback as it has none of the characteristics of a whip. I would call it a "shoulder catch" or more specifically a "spinning LSP catch & pullback!"

FYI, The general consensus is that ECS closed basic should be in a "V". Very few people teach to be square/facing your partner. Dancevision/DIVIDA states "promenade" in their syllabus. I have been teaching a "V" for about 40 yrs, yes I am old. You guys are great!
