Hi,

You cover the samba whisk in your samba videos, but the version going viral now is more of a solo version, with a lot of hip action and arm movements.  Would love to see your take on it. :)

Would also love to see videos of any of you dancing with other pros, at your own competitions or anywhere. :)

My cha cha is unbelievably floppy looking no matter what I do or how much I try to not be floppy. How do I not be floppy???

That’s a real robot.

This one is reportedly an AI animation based on the original human lead dancer, wearing a motion capture suit:

I just set up Apple TV on my main home TV but I can't seem to get the videos on this site to work via AirPlay.  Is there some trick to get that to work? It used to work when I had a Roku device instead of Apple TV.  (Sorry, not very dance related, but still...)

You demonstrated lead/follow switching in the “Trends For WCS in 2024” video.   I haven’t seen more videos on role switching here, so I hope this is okay to post, since it is complementary and not competitive with your site, but:

On his YouTube channel, Doug Silton recently posted 33 free instructional videos on WCS switches (within the same dance) and steals (“stealing in,” for three-for-all dances, birthday dances, etc.).  These videos were from several years ago, and were previously available for a charge (still are).

Hey Brian this live video I can't hear your or Megan. When Emily grabs the Mic from Megan in the very beginning her voice / sound is excellent but when any three of you talk it's like your mouth is away from the microphone. My speaker is up all the way. PLEASE if there is a way to redo the video with you folks talking into the microphone that would be great. This is an excellent video. "Live: How to be a Good Leader & Follower?"

Do you have a video of a full routine of the Bachata for practice. I only see the basic pattern and then individual steps but no full routine to see the flow..

Thank u

Hello, I am an open floor freestyle social dancer in Sausalito, California. I’m currently working to garner confidence on the dance floor for more intimate and competent partner dancing. Any advice?

Hey Brian, B and MEGan my husband and I have been dancing with you for the last four or five months and having such a great time learning the new steps we’ve been focusing on the Rumba and are stuck with One dance step it’s the alternating under arm turn variation also called the cradle circle, and it’s getting out of the cradle circle, and our feet position where we are struggling usually we can figure it out on our own, but I think we need your help with looking at it and figuring out what we’re doing wrong. Is there a way to send you a video of us or an email that we can use to send it so that I don’t have to upload the video and have everybody see it. It’s a little embarrassing. Please let me know. Thank you ahead of time Janeen
